The allegation is that there was one abortion, of one young woman who may or may not have been 18, and another young woman who may or may not have been 18 was taken but changed her mind and left.

Yes, it was wrong.  People should not be taking money from FCPS that was budgeted for other things and using it for abortions,  but it was not "these abortions".  It was one abortion.  [/quote]
