Most people will still be symptomatic on day 3 but not be that contagious. but I know that expecting people to take even 3 days of sick leave is a lot. That said I do feel annoyed it I know the clearly contagious person in fact has a ton of sick leave and no reason to save it (ie no small kids at home or other family care responsibilities). But if it is my colleague I know already burns all their sick leave to deal with a chronic condition then good speed, keep the door shut. [/quote]
