It has a brand new campus in Newport News, which is not the best area, hence the " Garden in the Ghetto" moniker. CNU is a magnet for VA's most conservative students. The President is quite the change agent and is getting things done. There are so many new dorms, all students are required to live on campus. The school is one of he smallest state schools and has become surprisingly competitive.[/quote]
