Uh, don't listen to this person. La Boulangerie is not a good place for hungry kids, and the good pizza and Chinese is not in Noe Valley. If you want to go to Noe Valley you can go to Hi-Way for burgers, but go to the Mission for good tacos. Since you'll be near Marin, if you want a vegan experience go to Greens in the Marina District, or Jackson Fillmore Trattoria or Dumpling Story nearby. [/quote]

PP here- yeah agreed Mission will have the best tacos, but reading into it, someone staying in Marin might find that a bit too grungy.  See my followup also suggesting Clement Street in the Richmond, that's a great place for Chinese.[/quote]
