All services are more expensive for more expensive areas. They have to pay more fees, taxes, licenses, higher disposal fees and rules, etc. to even work in those kind of areas. The more the local government charges, the more they have to charge. In a poorer area, they wouldn't have so many rules and restrictions. For instance instead of hauling off and having to separate the old fence by disposal type, they'd just pile it up and burn it on site in some areas. [/quote]
