3-4 pounds is nothing for someone 150lbs or more. Miiiight be noticeable in someone 100lbs and who is retaining water with extracellular bloat. I can easily lose a pound going for a short jog in hot weather, and then gain 2-3 lbs in water when drinking water after exercise.
I was around 136-138 for months and then 139 until this weigh in at 142. I’ve managed to go down a pound in a week so I guess I did gain a few pounds that quickly.
OMG you are obese. 140+ is MASSIVE.
To me it feels like a lot. I’m 5’5 and I was able to get back down to 124 after one of my kids but I generally settled at 135 since having kids. I am a lot stronger now. I’ve been lifting weights for several years now and I’m finally seeing some progress with that so I know the scale isn’t accurate about fat vs muscle.
