Miiiight be noticeable in someone 100lbs and who is retaining water with extracellular bloat.
I can easily lose a pound going for a short jog in hot weather, and then gain 2-3 lbs in water when drinking water after exercise.
I was around 136-138 for months and then 139 until this weigh in at 142. I’ve managed to go down a pound in a week so I guess I did gain a few pounds that quickly.
a pound a week is a lot to lose. That's 3500 approximate calories expended beyond base rate, or extra 500 calories a day, about the same as walking 5 extra miles a day, so well done.
I don’t know. That’s why I initially thought it was just from the bad two weeks but not permanent weight gain. But who knows- my hormones are wacky right now.

(Get a grip, OP, my weight fluctuates that much in one day, I think you need mental health support if this bothers you so much)

I am struggling to lose the weight. I don’t want to do anything drastic but because it’s summer the 4 pounds are A LOT. Winter I could getaway with a couple of extra pounds here or there since I am covered.
