I am definitely not one to cut calories to an unmanageable number but I got back on track quickly this week getting a lot of protein and fiber and didn’t go nuts on the weekend or indulge in desserts. I am very active with workouts too. But it’s so frustrating. I am obsessive so it’s been on my mind and I hate seeing that number on the scale. [/quote]
