[/quote] Unless the budget gets cut and steps are frozen there is a pay ladder. You just march up the ladder based on years of experience. It’s on the HR website, the pay scale table that is. Pretty confident that’s how it works in most northern va counties so really you’re just comparing numbers. I wouldn’t put a whole lot behind the CBA, there are more protections but from what I know pay scale and advancement are largely the same. [/quote]
