And when she was headed out the door today, my DD dumped a lot of big emotions on me because she just realized that her best friend is leaving for the summer to see relatives a week earlier than anticipated, and DD is realizing that she is in a transition phase with a bunch of other friendships and doesn’t know who she’ll hang out with this summer.

It’s little stuff, but I suddenly feel really sad and immobilized. I blocked off my afternoon for the delivery and now I have bunch of free time but feel stuck and unable to use it. [/quote]
