Either you do the work or plan on annual tune ups to keep up with your terrible habits [/quote] 20 pounds doesn’t ruin a tummy tuck (I am the person who had mine hold through subsequent preganancies and I can guarantee my stomach expanded more than a 20 lbs weight gain would cause). It is true you should be at an optimal weight and sustain it but I don’t believe you know all these people that gained 20 lbs and ruined them. [/quote]
