I had a tummy tuck and lipo 12 years ago and my body still looks great, but I workout and I eat clean. These are magic solutions. Either you do the work or plan on annual tune ups to keep up with your terrible habits
You should probably tone down your superiority complex, since you needed lipo and a tummy tuck. In other words, less lecturing people about “doing the work.”
