While I’m fond of Lilo and Stitch, it definitely was on the downward slope of animation. It had a fun story, and a great anti-hero but it felt like a DTV production.  It was drawn in the basement of the Florida theme park in between the rides. I wonder if they had done a scene by scene exact dialogue version but with better animation how that would fare?  Is there value in that?  Live action Jungle Book was great — why did that work?[/quote]
