I have a friend who lived in a really nice rent controlled unit in Tyson's corner, which at the time was zoned for Langley. The rent was reasonable and she was able to save up for a down payment on a home. It was a really cute place, her unit was a little smaller than the market price options, but nothing noticeable. She used the program below.
