They are all talking about interpreting the 22nd Amendment to read as allowing a third term. Here is the language in the constitution: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than [b]twice[/b], and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than [b]two[/b] years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."[/quote]
