They gave me back my $5000, said congratulations and sent us on our way.

If there is no biological reason you can't get pregnant, do what you have to do but try not to stress out so much.  If you're the dude, spend a lot of time being super romantic.  A lot.  I don't know this for a fact but I think it helps mentally make the woman not feel like livestock.  The lack of stress seems to make a difference.[/quote]
