Sure. Miracle. God favors some and not others.

I know someone this happened to and she’d also adopted a child so three kids within 2 years. Insane.

I know someone like this too, but her biological child is very disabled

I have two friends who this happened to. Both their 4th kid. One got pregnant while nursing IVF twins and the other got pregnant after a twin and single one pregnancies after 15 years of never using birth control.

My friend had 2 IVF pregnancies (resulting in a singleton and twins) and then got pregnant naturally.

We got married late and had our first pregnancy when my wife was 38 had a miscarriage ~150 days into pregnancy and it was brutal. The looks I got while waiting to get a DNC while holding my wife's hand made me feel like everyone thought I was a scumbag trying to convince my girlfriend to get a late abortion.

We didn't try again for a year and by then it looked like it might be too late. It took a year and we were wound up. It was so mechanical. Then finally we went to a fertility clinic and paid a bunch of money and was about to start treatments and took that blood test before the first hormone treatment and they told us they couldn't give us the hormone treatment because we were already pregnant. They gave me back my $5000, said congratulations and sent us on our way.

If there is no biological reason you can't get pregnant, do what you have to do but try not to stress out so much. If you're the dude, spend a lot of time being super romantic. A lot. I don't know this for a fact but I think it helps mentally make the woman not feel like livestock. The lack of stress seems to make a difference.

Pretty common. I know a few friends who used IVF in their 20s/early 30s and never used birth control. They all got pregnant naturally around 38/39. One with twins.

Very rarely does infertility mean a zero percent chance of natural pregnancy. It's just statistics, not a miracle.

I have heard of surprise pregnancies after infertility. It happens.

A coworker/friend has had 3 IVF pregnancies. First one sadly ended in miscarriage and loss of one ovary and fallopian tube. Second and third were preemies but fine. Much to her surprise she had a natural conception and is pregnant again. Just wondering how unusual this is statistically? I say it is truly miraculous and hoping/wishing all goes well for her this time!
