[/quote] To further clarify, he wasn't eligible to apply to 'transfer' into an AP position because he was only an acting AP, not a permanent one, his status as a permanent teacher was unchanged. He was simply returned to teacher status and as we all know, MCEA members are subject to involuntary transfers due to budget changes all the time. [/quote]
