I'm very happy within the confines of my current building with the immediate day-to-day. I like my coworkers and my administrators are great. It's when the tentacles of MCPS several levels above that start mucking around like a bull in a china shop, or when something out of the ordinary happens that requires more exposure to The Machine, that it breaks down. I am so sick of ephemeral trainings and initiatives and that always comes from some out-of-touch weirdo way up in CO following whatever fad is going around. [/quote]
