Frustrated with politics and how some top teams are being formed, I had the idea of pulling top players that I am aware of to create a new team top team with elite talent. I believe the first year would be a struggle for the players to prove it to the leagues they are elite but knowing the players, I know they are so it wouldn't be hard. I am just a parent not a coach. I would not sign to this club on my own because the talent isn't there. But if we could bring the talent, problem solved. Am I crazy to think it could work? How do you get all the parents to agree?
