We had a very cool morning kayaking through mangroves with dolphins too. A mom and her calf followed us for a long time.  They go underwater for a while so every time we thought they were done and had left us, they'd pop up a couple of feet away or take a big leap and surprise us.

We didn't have luck really seeing manatees.  We got a couple of very short glimpses or could see a shadow moving away, but not a good look.  You're better off going to Crystal River, Florida for manatees.

The snorkeling was amazing too.  We saw a 6' long Moray eel that was amazing.  Lots of other things too, including loads of rays, but the eel was a highlight.[/quote]
