[/quote] The sports thing is likely to be at the college level since that's the only are the government has authority (due to federal funding). As for restricting access to HRT, that would bad for the makers of HRT, who I assume have made heft donations as needed, so I don't see that happening. The biggest one he has control over is the X on the passport thing. However, the wheels of government move slowly (updating forms, procedures etc) when it comes to stuff like this, and I wonder if they'd even need to file a notice of proposed rulemaking on this?[/quote]
