Classroom teachers get parking lot duty, sub duty, and cafeteria duty. The office-based staff, admin, and aids are never added to these rotations. And because the need is so great, teachers end up doing at least one of these duties every day. Sometimes two. It causes a ton of resentment. [/quote]
