Op here…I *am* one of those teachers 🤣 I do try and have some tea ready for afterwards, but there’s not always time.
This is the first time I’ve had outdoor morning duty, so I feel for all the teachers/staff who have done this for multiple years.
I’ve had AM bus duty. It’s brutal. I then have to rush in and begin teaching about 10 minutes after. There’s no time for coffee or to warm up. There’s also no time to meet with my students who need extra help, which is what that AM time is supposed to be for.
