We have a folding drying rack over an absorbent mat. You could also just do the nap and dry/put away right after washing. I also have an over the sink drying rack that I thought was attractive but cannot hold much in reality

I got this one which can be placed inside the sink. It holds a lot and the dishes are not that noticeable.
