They paid inflated housing prices both ways[/quote] I guess they are renters so it’s probably a wash. But not a lot of people would do this because most people move for tangible reasons that meet specific needs, like more space for growing family, schools, etc. Most people - or at least most normal people - are not moving to mindlessly follow trends.
