They refuse to do the most minor of enforcement of zip codes. They take the lazy route of "trusting" clubs/coaches to do right thing. And then - sure enough - every year there are multiple/many examples of coaches that pay no attention and try to "Hayfield" a team together... Require proof of residence to FCYBL directly. Invest the time to review/question as needed. And have a fairer league.[/quote]
