Is it worth it if you have one? I am seeing some excellent Black Friday deals. My fitness is down in the toilet due to high work stress and my teens. Wondering if getting one might be an incentive to be more active? Has it been helpful for you?
I've been using a watch of some sort for years. When i switched to the Apple watch a few years ago (6, I think) I found it to be high maintenance.. too heavy, needed to be charged every day, some features didn't work as well as promised, etc. Gave it to my wife who likes it and subsequently, my kids also ended up getting the iwatch. My specific needs are simple - Track steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts; alert me when when i get emails, calls and texts; Be light enough so i don't notice I'm wearing it; Battery should last at least a week. That's about it. I don't need built in GPS, don't want to store music on my watch nor speak into it when someone calls. Currently use the Amazfit BIP. It does everything I want perfectly and the version I'm wearing (3) was $30 when i bought it last year. I think they are at version 7 now.
