I don't use it much beyond looking at it as an actual watch to see what time it is, and looking at it when it buzzes me when a text or call comes in. Which I'd rather not do, tbh -- I do not love being that connected. I have my darn phone with me all the time anyway. Occasionally I take a call on my watch if my phone is in the other room and I feel super lazy.
I bought it about 6 months ago because I thought it would help me step up my fitness game. But it just isn't functional in the same way that a fitbit I had a few years ago was. That thing encouraged me to exercise. The Apple watch doesn't; or if it does, I haven't figured out how to use it in that way. So yeah, I thought it would be an incentive to be more active, and it has not been. YMMV, though.
I will likely go back to a regular watch at some point. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't buy it.
I’d love to be inspired to ok! Share if you learn how to get it to motivate you to work out.

Anonymous wrote:If fitness is your focus you’d be better off with a Garmin or Fitbit. Apple Watch has tons of useless features and is a waste of money. I bought one a few years ago but will be replacing it with a Garmin when the time comes.
