Dinner for 14 at 4:00pm Butternut squash soup Turkey with homemade cranberry relish Dressing Honey Baked Ham Roasted vegetables (asparagus, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, baby peppers, carrots, green beans, zucchini - am sure I am forgetting something) Mac n cheese Sweet potato pie (oatmeal crisp topping) Pecan pie Pumpkin pie Pumpkin cheesecake Boston Creme pie Blueberry crisp
what time and temp for those roasted veggies (you do them all together?) ? I love the dessert heavy menu
I roast the veggies the day before (each at 425 but varying times - I rotate all Wednesday afternoon what's going in and out of the oven). They go in the refrigerator overnight, and get taken out and plated an hour or two before we eat, served at room temperature. They heavy desserts is because various relatives have various favorites and no one wants to give theirs up!
