5 adults

Appetizers:
- cheeses/crackers/charcuterie
- chips and dip

Dinner:
- Turkey
- Stuffing
- Gravy
- Canned cranberry sauce
- Corn casserole
- green bean casserole
- sweet potato casserole (may or may not be discarding this one, we’ll see)
- rolls

Guests are bringing
- cheesy mashed potatoes
- pumpkin and apple pie
- pumpkin cheesecake

Normally I’d probably add a salad and sub the canned cranberry for real cranberry sauce, but our guests have simpler tastes and don’t like vegetables.

Butternut squash soup
Turkey with homemade cranberry relish
Dressing
Honey Baked Ham
Roasted vegetables (asparagus, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, baby peppers, carrots, green beans, zucchini - am sure I am forgetting something)
Mac n cheese
Sweet potato pie (oatmeal crisp topping)
Pecan pie
Pumpkin pie
Pumpkin cheesecake
Boston Creme pie
Blueberry crisp

what time and temp for those roasted veggies (you do them all together?) ?
I love the dessert heavy menu

I roast the veggies the day before (each at 425 but varying times - I rotate all Wednesday afternoon what's going in and out of the oven). They go in the refrigerator overnight, and get taken out and plated an hour or two before we eat, served at room temperature.

They heavy desserts is because various relatives have various favorites and no one wants to give theirs up!

DP
I roast my veggies at 400 and mix the veggies in stages with the longer cooking time vegetables going first and the fast cooking veggies going last.

I forgot the rum raisin kugel (sweet noodle casserole) and cranberry sauce. I make a homemade orange cranberry one, but DH still makes me buy the can…
