I'd say she's a lucky duck. I tried to watch Wallender but couldn't get into it. But if you like those kinds of mysteries, you could try Robson Green's Wire in the Blood series. (The longer the series went the more clunky it became.) My favorite is Inspector Lynley. Love that series.[/quote]
