You need something like - chicken/veggie biryani, chicken/veggie tacos, meat/veggie pasta, etc etc. Not to be rude, but if this was the starting idea, I’m a little worried for your guests. Be sure to make the sides vegan (eg, no meat in side veggies etc), so it’s not that only the meat eaters can eat those!
