Our DS is in the NCAP Burke Bronze I and they practice from 5-6:30 M-F, the Silver I group practices alongside from 5-6:45 so our DS has been able to train up with this group a couple times and week until his 13th birthday and then his practices will remain the same after his birthday. The summer schedule is different because they use an outdoor 50m for most of their practices and they tend to be early am.
