Sadly there has been no call from the top to have teachers use parentvue or canvas in a consistent or even useful fashion. Money poured down the drain on the bus app could have easily been used for a consultant to advise on how to use it more productively and perhaps why. [/quote]

Agree. But this is one of the initiatives the superintendent needs to address if he intends to address academics. Also. Canvas is used differently by every teacher.  Some use Modules for assignments, some use Grades for assignments, some have their contact I fo there with a syllabus some don't, some have assignments hidden at the start of a new quarter,  others don't.
