How is this presenting?  Is it an explicit statement, like "We can't help you on this sort of need"? Or you feel like you are hitting a wall or that the admin is dropping the ball?[/quote]
I think this is an important distinction. If the school is communicating but the message is “we are unable to help with this”, then it’s not that they aren’t working with you (even if you *think* they could do more); they are communicating their capabilities but you don’t like the answer. But if they are not communicating clearly or are saying one thing but doing something else, or other variations of that sort of situation, that’s definitely a bad look for the school, and possibly could be pushed against or escalated (depending on who is already involved).[/quote]
