How is this presenting? Is it an explicit statement, like "We can't help you on this sort of need"? Or you feel like you are hitting a wall or that the admin is dropping the ball?

If the school cannot support your child OP, you need to get them help elsewhere. It's not really the school's job to deal with emotional stuff.
