I'd also undercook the pasta so that when you reheat it's not gummy and overcooked. I think I'd just make a few varieties of pasta casseroles (like baked ziti) and then if you have some picky eaters, make a little plain pasta on the side for them. Or just have loads of french bread for the picky eaters.[/quote]
