I know that some girl rosters are not full after tryouts. Our club was struggling to fill some positions on bottom teams weeks after the tryouts were officially over. There are many different reasons, including family schedule conflict with the practices. They managed to spread the word and offer positions on rosters to players who did not have options after the tryouts. Some boys volleyball clubs may have similar challenges, but there's been quite a bit since their tryouts. You can contact them and ask whether their rosters are full. Since boys have fewer options than girls, I would assume that most rosters are at the capacity now. [/quote]
