I would argue that you don't need a comprehensive list because one parent's comprehensive list may not be feasible to another parent. The location may be one of the most important factors. If you live in Gaithersburg, knowing that there is a team in Franconia/Springfield may not be useful information. You can look up the rankings to figure out what clubs were active last year (https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/rankings/Male/U14/aes).
