I make mine with either a protein shake or reduced fat milk and it is fine. The jello mix or guar gum makes up the consistency. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure yours is great. But if somebody is looking for a lower calorie/fat or higher protein, it is delicious with cream alternatives.[/quote]
