I have wavy hair and did sulfate free for a long time based on hairdresser recommendations but gave up and did the Pantene Moisture shampoo and conditioner. It's great. If my hair doesn't feel dirty or is getting dry I'll skip a shampoo and just rinse and condition. But most days I shampoo and as long as I do a leave in and use a wave creme my hair is fine. Way better than with sulfate free.[/quote]
