ICYMI: she had a big drug problem as her career was taking off. She got it under control and was able to leverage her early success into bigger films where she was largely sexualized and known for her looks. How could it not go to her head? Anyway, she went all in on her body/appearance and said and did a lot of stuff for the better part of a decade that made her look like a know-it-all selfish jerk. While she was trying to sound educated, she mostly came across as vapid and conceited. She’s remained confident throughout, but now she comes across as mellow and wise instead of aggressively attention-seeking. [/quote]
