ES kids just get their first passports. What is highly recommended places for their first out of country travel place for 1 week next summer? DH wants toronto, and I don't know what to do for a week there. I have been to Toronto, and I think it is a city similar to here in the states. We are not considering Asia because both kids are picky eaters, and 1 week is too short. I hesitate about Europe because it seems it may require a lot of planning and I am a bit worried about theft. Going south seems to be too hot & thunderstrom in summer. All planning itinerary/hotel & flight booking will be on me once we finalize the destination place. I am a bit lost, please help.
London. Plenty to see for kids. Same language easy to ride public transport Go to the Bloomsbury area tons of kids stuff hear five colleges so vibe is younger. Near west end theater district take in a kids show. . Public transport from Russel square to any tourist site is super easy. Walk to China town about 15 minutes have lunch in covent gardens lots of parks to play if kids get bored.
