I make chili with 85% fat turkey. I like rib eye steaks too but no more than 1-2x a week and I trim off the excess fat. I like buffalo wings too but not several times a week like my husband. I just don’t enjoy extremely fatty and charred foods like ribs on a regular basis. [/quote]
