I guess I was weaker than I realized because when I went to throw the food out, the tray slid out of my hand and fell into the garbage with it.  I .... left.  Nobody noticed, but I still feel AWFUL - it's a place I go 2 or 3 times each week. But I couldn't easily reach the tray to get it out, and I really needed to GET OUT OF THERE before I threw up and passed out, and there was a line of people I'd have had to interrupt to talk to the one guy at the register to explain what happened. How horrible was this? [/quote]
