I can report the same thing happened at Swanson last year at least.  Teachers don't enforce the policy.   That was my feedback to the School Board on their policy and I hope other people tell them the same thing.  Your policy isn't working if no one will enforce it.  I think the pilot with the pouches for the phone is a good idea and takes the burden off the teachers.[/quote]
