Hating yourself and feeling like a failure is its own burden, and getting rid of that is liberating in a way that I could not have even imagined a year ago.

On the health front, I'm sharing one of the objective benefits. Last year at my physical, my EKG report assigned an EKG age that was 15 years more than my chronological age. Yikes. My report this year reflects an EKG age that's 17 years younger than my chronological age.
