Either car would be driven locally. We have a bigger SUV for any road trips. We would get a charger if we got the Tesla. And no, cargo/ AWD doesn't matter (driving conditions are always good near us, no mountains, no snow). Insurance is not a big difference either (we did look into it because I saw that mentioned here). I am thinking maybe the Mazda. Theoretically a Hybrid would sound nice but there are none near us for a reasonable price.[/quote]
