DC has a pretty big belly since younger age. Just turned 11 this summer. Has been club swimming for two years, but belly hasn’t changed at all. Any other sports can make his big belly gone? ~Tia
Shot put? Seriously not trying to be funny or mocking. The shot puters in the Olympics are big boys, not just strong, something about being big gives them an advantage I think but I am not sure. The Judo guys are big as well.
Their kid may be a girl.
Uh, no. Title says boy. OP, you don’t just “spot remove” fat. Fat gets reduced as part of overall weight loss and fitness. No exercise will ever compensate for a poor diet. Running for 30 min straight might burn 400 calories. That could be one unhealthy snack. Talk to a dietician or get more nutrition-savvy. Aerobic conditioning is helpful. Running — track, xcountry — is the best for this. Lacrosse is great because it requires so much running. Soccer theoretically should require a lot of running, but a lot of coaches and programs reduce field size and don’t run kids. Basketball, too, often practices on a 1/2 court.
